Welcome to our ultimate homestead! We have been wanting to do this blog for a long time so we can share our insights and help for those that are curious. We have learned so much and are still learning. We get questions all the time from family and friends on how to do stuff, so hopefully we can help everyone.
We are a hardworking couple who are trying to be self-sufficient. We both value the idea of being self-reliant and working hard. We are both school teachers which definitely puts a strain on our income.
A few years back, we bought the perfect piece of property to start our lives and have slowly been making it ours. This has been a huge adventure and there is still plenty of fun left to have. Join us as we embark on this journey in homesteading!
